Reviews

Ah, reviews. The elusive beast for some. Reviews help garner attention for your newly released book. Or help breathe life into a re-release. In either case, if you’ve come looking to add a review to your ranks, you’ve come to the right place.

My reviews are based on several aspects: world building, plot, pacing, characterization, and the story as a whole. Included in the review package are review posts on Amazon, Goodreads, and right here on my blog, plus Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram blurbs that direct followers to your author site (if applicable) and a purchase link for your book.

I accept review requests for the following genres:

  • Sci-fi (all levels, from dystopian to space opera)
  • Contemporary fantasy
  • Thriller/suspense
  • Mystery

As with beta reading, if you have a cross genre or just aren’t sure where your MS falls, feel free to contact me with a synopsis.

The review fee and guidelines are as follows:

  • Standard review fee is $10. I prefer paperback, but am willing to review eBook format.
  • If your book is sold through Amazon and you’d like a review tagged as a “Verified Purchase,” I’m happy to oblige. The $10 review fee will apply in addition to the cost of purchasing your book. So, if your book is $9.99, the review fee will be $19.99.
  • I review both published books and unpublished manuscripts. In either case, the book/MS must be polished and edited.

If you’re interested in the review service, head over to the contact page, or click here.
